For current event costs and dates, please refer to our website. We have an online booking facility, where you can book up to 6 places per event. For bookings of more than six places, please contact us on 0161 250 5154. Once your booking form has been submitted online, you will receive a ‘booking received’ message and a confirmation email. Where the event has an associated cost, we will then email you a VAT invoice along with remittance details (see below).
Purchase orders are accepted to confirm a booking.
Invoices will be sent via email to the name and email address/postal address provided on the booking form and should be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment must be made in pounds Sterling by cheque or BACS.
Delegates will receive event details and any joining instructions via email to the email address provided on the booking form. If you are booking on behalf of a colleague, please ensure joining instructions are received by the delegate by correctly stating their email address. Please let us know if you’d like to be cc’d into the joining information.
Occasionally, we may need to make changes to our events, for example a change to the agenda, or to a speaker; which is different to the information you may have received by post or email. The information on the event page on the website for that course or conference is always accurate and up-to-date. We will always let you know about changes with as much notice as possible.
In the event that an individual named on the booking form cannot attend, we will accept substitution of another delegate. We’d appreciate advance notice of this change via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but understand that this is not always possible.
Once a booking is made & confirmed, cancellation will not be accepted. As above, we will accept a substitution of one delegate for another.
Failure to attend will be treated as late cancellation and the full course fee will be payable.
In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto a course, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone. In the event of cancellation of a course, we will endeavour to inform all participants via email a week before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred in full to another Evidence for Learning event. Neither theTeacherCloud Ltd not it’s partners or associates shall accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
