Careers

Come and join our team!

Our mission and what we do:

We create technology that helps to bring about better learning and life outcomes for children and young people, especially those individuals with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities).

We are a leading developer and provider of teaching, assessment and analytics tools for the Education sector, working with more than 600 Special Needs, Mainstream and Early Years schools, colleges and settings across the UK and around the world.

Using our apps and web-based tools, teaching staff and other stakeholders can record a range of learning and assessment data including photo and video evidence of learning and progress as it is happening. This information and data is used by our customers for a range of purposes including planning the next learning steps, personalising teaching approaches, sharing key teaching strategies with families and carers, as well as supporting meaningful assessment. It’s also used to celebrate and share significant progress and special moments with families and carers of learners.

In Oct 2017, we were shortlisted last year by NASEN (National Association of Special Educational Needs) for the Technology Award for transforming teaching and learning outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

Our core product was launched in 2011 and our business is growing rapidly. Consequently we are always extremely interested to connect with anyone who might be interested in joining our team and helping the cause! Whether your area of expertise is in education, software development, product QA and testing, customer service, support or sales… we’d love to hear from you.
